1- Order Policy

Orders are accepted through the official online store and approved channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Once the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and purchased products.

The order will only be confirmed after verification through the WhatsApp number attached to the purchase request details.

The website reserves the right to cancel the order in case of product unavailability or pricing errors, while informing the customer immediately.

The website also reserves the right to cancel the order if the WhatsApp confirmation message is not acknowledged.

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours of completing the purchase process.

2- Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: From 24 to 48 business hours

• Other governorates: Within 3 to 5 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are determined based on the governorate and will be clearly displayed in the order summary before completing the purchase process.

The customer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund if the shipment does not arrive within 10 business days.

3- Payment Methods

Payment by credit or debit cards is available starting from the first purchase order.

Electronic wallet payments are also available through telecommunications companies, with the legally applied fees for each provider added accordingly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available starting from the second purchase order.

The applicable tax value is clearly shown in the purchase invoice according to Egyptian law.

4- Inspection Policy

The customer is allowed to open the shipment and inspect the product material while the shipping representative is present.

If the customer refuses to receive the order, only the shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

The shipment may only be returned in its original condition, provided there is no defect in the product.

5- Exchange & Return Policy

Customers are entitled to exchange or return products according to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law within:

• 14 days from the date of receipt

• 30 days in case of manufacturing defects

Exchange Conditions

The product must:

• Be in its original condition

• Be unused

• Include all original packaging and tags

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect:

• Underwear

• Socks

• Sportswear inner garments

6- Product Quality Guarantee

In the event of a manufacturing defect such as stitching issues or abnormal color changes within the first 30 days, the product will be replaced free of charge without any additional shipping costs charged to the customer.

7- Discount Codes

New Customer Discount Codes

Discount codes are granted to new customers upon their first purchase or newsletter subscription and may only be used once per customer.

Influencer Discount Codes

Influencer discount codes are provided in collaboration with influencers and are valid for a limited period according to the agreement with each influencer.

Seasonal Discount Codes

Seasonal discount codes may be offered during occasions such as White Friday, holidays, or the brand anniversary.

8- General Terms for Discount Codes

• Multiple discount codes cannot be combined in a single purchase.

• The minimum order value for using discount codes is EGP 300 per order.

• Discount codes do not apply to products already discounted directly on the website (On Sale products), unless otherwise stated in the code conditions.

9- Discount Code Application Policy

The discount code must be entered in the designated field during the checkout process before confirming the order.

Discount codes cannot be applied manually after confirming, receiving, or completing the order.

Discounts apply only to product values and do not include shipping fees or legally applied taxes according to Egyptian law.

In case of returning a product purchased using a discount code, the refund amount will be based on the actual paid amount after discount, not the original product price.

If the discount code is linked to a purchase condition such as:

• “Get 500 EGP discount when purchasing 3 items”

and one of the three items is returned, the customer loses eligibility for the discount, and the remaining products will be recalculated at their original prices.

If the website applies a discount to a product within 48 hours of the customer purchasing it at full price, the customer is entitled to receive a voucher for the price difference to use in a future order.
